Following discussion, formulation and agreement of a brief and services to be provided, Landers & Associates produce feasibility studies specifically tailored to their clients requirements. These studies often covers such matters as planning and legal restrictions, building regulations and other statutory controls, boundaries, party wall matters, ground investigations and drainage. After consultation with our clients and other consultants we are then able to advise as to possible courses of action for development or re-development producing budget costs and sketch proposals as and when required.
