Initially appointed as Adjoining Owners Surveyor in relation to the Party Wall etc Act 1996 in consideration of a double storey basement hotel development adjacent and subsequently in a reciprocal arrangement acting as Building Owners Surveyor in relation to the extension and refurbishment of the Club Row property.  Landers & Associates were also appointed to assist in the co-ordination, negotiation and appointment of the contractor who with careful planning and co-ordination was able to complete both substructure and superstructure works on both properties concurrently enabling a much reduced build timeframe for both owners.  Landers & Associates were also appointed as Client Representative for the subsequent fit-out of the property which created 6 luxury rental apartments.
