Landers & Associates were instructed by The National Trust to survey this impressive Grade I Listed Georgian country estate originally built in the 1570’s by Sir Thomas Gresham and transformed by Robert Adam in 1760’s. The survey covered the external structure and fabric of the entire estate and resulted in the preparation of a 5 year Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule for the future maintenance, repair and replacement works to the estate.
